What a great time at your Customer Appreciation Day event. The food was great, seeing the technicians that have taken care of us for years and meeting their families was great. It was so nice to meet the support staff that takes our calls and schedules our needs. Linn\'s Plumbing is not just a contractor, when you meet and call upon them, they\'re just like family. Thanks again for the door prizes also.

From Sissy to Ginny all phone conversations and arrangements for appointments was excellent. Great communication and easy to work with. When Drew Scheer and Dalton Fowble came out to do the work they worked well with me to layout the drains in prep for the concrete and then tied the drains to the septic. They were pleasant and helpful with suggestions. I enjoyed working with them very much and they did an excellent job. Cleaned up after themselves and left the yard as smooth as possible for having heavy equipment in it. I would recommend Linn’s and especially the young men who worked on my job to anyone. Thanks so much for the work.

Linn’s plumbing did extensive work on my plumbing including, re-routing pipes, installing a tankless water tank, a water softener system, a Reverse osmosis system for pure drinking water, installed fixtures in 2 and 1/2 baths. The most impressive work was having to jackhammer and dig through the floor and outside to put drain pipes to the septic tank to allow for the new equipment listed above. My water is extremely hard and now I will have soft water to save all my appliances and pipes. Special thanks to all for working long hours to solve my difficult issues. Best customer service I have experienced for projects on my property. They treated me respectfully, Kept me informed and even advocated on my behalf. Linn\'s Plumbing and crew did not just complete the job. They did more help than what I asked for. This is a company you can put your trust in. They did what was right. Danny was professional and worth mentioning, but actually the whole crew did a great job.

Linn’s ran a gas line for me from my meter to my pool equipment. They were so professional throughout the process! Ginny took charge from my first call in with my request and gave me great detail in explaining the steps with Call Okie, ONG, etc. They got me on their schedule timely, gave me a quote, and communicated clearly. The technicians who came out to install the line were also impressive. Danny and Casey took care to make sure my yard was minimally impacted. They explained each step and asked all the right questions to make sure their install was flawless. Again, great communication from them throughout the day. They even picked up every yard flag from Call Okie today before they left. I’ve never had a contractor leave my yard so clean! I highly recommend Linn’s Plumbing!

Linn's Plumbing send Danny and Dru to install a new gas line to my future museum building on Main Street in Stroud. Previously, David and one other person (sorry I forget his name) were sent to install new interior pluming and gas lines for the building's bathrooms and kitchen. I'm very impressed by all the work they've done! Getting that one gas line to feed the building, the Generac generator, and the roof top HVAC machine could not have been easy. And turning one bathroom into a combo bathroom / laundry room wasn't simple either. Also have to mention Ginny keeping track of all the work. Great communication all around! I highly recommend Linn's Plumbing.
