Robert did a wonderful job. We identified the issue and he stayed after it until we were satisfied.
There is still the issue where the sink and water heater are some distance apart and the water has to run for a couple of minutes to get hot.
I think in the future something needs to be suggested at installation of the plumbing roughin about cycling the water faster. -
