- Comment: Robert is always very pleasant and also very professional, speaking kindly when explaining what he is doing and how to correct any problem. During this visit he explained why I had a problem with tiny flies that come out of my drains and has explained how BioOne will solve that problem after a couple of months. I am so appreciative of all he does to help me as a widow who lives alone on a fixed income, and he has sent me information on a payment plan in case I choose to finance a new water softener and R.O. unit. But I am hoping to receive an inheritance that will give me the funds needed to replace both units. I will certainly call when I am ready to have my current R.O. filters changed. Thank you very much. Robert is a great asset to your company and I truly appreciate all he does for me!
